- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- In a bowl combine the wet ingredients until smooth
- Add in the dry ingredients one by one and combine well until you reach a smooth dough
- Peel the 1/2 apple and cut it up into very thin slices
- Pour the dough in a small cake tin with parchment paper and put in the apple slices
- Bake for 40-45 minutes on middle rack or until a toothpick comes out dry
- Once it’s ready, take the cake out of the thin and let it cool on a drying rack before slicing
