- Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius
- Halve and core the apples and place them on a baking tray
- Cover the apples in the coconut sugar and cinnamon
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- In the meantime make your caramel sauce by combining the almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt
- When the apples are slightly cooled, top them with your favorite yoghurt, granola and the caramel sauce
