Baked Caramel Apple Parfaits

My favorite way to eat apples: covered in granola and caramel sauce. These treats are so easy to make and ready in no time.

Prep time: 5 min

Baking time: 25 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 apples

4 tbsp of coconut sugar

1 tsp of cinnamon

4 tbsp of almond butter

1 tbsp of coconut oil

1 tbsp of maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

plantbased yoghurt of choice

granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius
  2. Halve and core the apples and place them on a baking tray
  3. Cover the apples in the coconut sugar and cinnamon
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  5. In the meantime make your caramel sauce by combining the almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt
  6. When the apples are slightly cooled, top them with your favorite yoghurt, granola and the caramel sauce
