Baked Oats with Caramel Filling

Baked Oats with Caramel Filling

This is like oatmeal but 10 times better. Blending and baking your oats will turn them into an amazing, healthy and easy breakfast cake.

Prep time: 5 min

Baking time: 15 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Batter

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 of a banana

150 ml of almond milk

1 tbsp of Biotona Veggie Protein Powder

2 tbsp of almond butter

1/2 tsp of vanilla essence

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1/2 tsp of baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

Dark chocolate chips

Salted Caramel

One batch of Salted Caramel from "The Radiant Table"

1 tsp of Biotona Maca Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
  2. Grease one or two small ramekins with coconut oil
  3. Mix all of the ingredients for the batter (apart from the chocolate chips) in a blender until it becomes smooth
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips
  5. Add 3/4 of the batter to the ramekins
  6. Add a heaping tbsp of the salted caramel on top
  7. Cover it with the remaining batter and top with more chocolate chips
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven (depending on how fudgy or cakey you want it to be)
  9. Let it cool slightly and enjoy
