Banana and Tahini Blended Porridge

If you have never blended your oats, you will be in for a treat. It makes them super creamy, almost like eating cake batter or pudding for breakfast. The sweet banana perfectly complements the tahini. We also added some secret superfoods for an extra health boost.

Prep time: 5 min

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 medium banana (ripe)

45 grams of oats

1 Medjool date (pitted)

150 ml of plantbased milk

1 tsp of Chia Seeds (Biotona)

1 tbsp of Super Fibres (Biotona)

1/2 tbsp of Maca Powder (Biotona)

1 tsp of vanilla essence or powder

Toppings: tahini, banana coins, hemps seeds, pistachio's and maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all of the listed ingredients (apart from the toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add to a bowl and serve with your toppings
