Blended Caramel Chiapudding

Not a fan of chia-pudding texture? The truth is that chia seeds are a real superfood and we should be eating more of them. Here's how to fix those texture issues: blend them up!

Prep time: 5 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients

150 grams of Biotona chia seeds

500 ml of plantbased milk

2-4 pitted Medjool dates

2 tsp of vanilla essence

1/2 tbsp of Biotona Maca Powder

Pinch of sea salt

Toppings: Biotona Cacao Nibs and Hemp Seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients besides the toppings to a blender and blend until really smooth
  2. Pour the pudding in two small bowls and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set
  3. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy

Chia seeds are a real superfood: they are a great source of Omega-3, dietary fiber and plantbased protein. I got my Chia Seeds from Biotona Superfoods along with their Maca Powder, Cacao Nibs and Hemp Seeds.
