- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius
- Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls
- Combine the two mixtures into a slightly crumbly dough and add in the chocolate chips
- Firmly press the dough together to form 10 cookies and place them onto a baking tray with parchment paper
- Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes
- Let them cool for 20 minutes before removing them, otherwise they may fall apart
