Christmas Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/3 cup of soft coconut oil

1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1/8 cup of almond milk

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 and 1/2 cup of oat flour

1/2 cup of almond flour

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

4 tbsp of chocolate chips

Christmas Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are perfect for your holiday baking. They require a few staple ingredients and very little time or effort. They are loved by everyone I've made them for.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Servings: 9 cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
  2. Start by combining your coconut sugar and coconut oil until smooth
  3. Add in the almond milk and vanilla and combine well
  4. Add in the flours one bit at a time and blend well until you reach a smooth and firm dough
  5. Next mix in the sea salt, baking powder, baking soda and olive oil
  6. Lastly add the chocolate chips and form the dough into 9 cookies
  7. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes
  8. Let the cookies cool so they can firm up
