- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- Start by combining your coconut sugar and coconut oil until smooth
- Add in the almond milk and vanilla and combine well
- Add in the flours one bit at a time and blend well until you reach a smooth and firm dough
- Next mix in the sea salt, baking powder, baking soda and olive oil
- Lastly add the chocolate chips and form the dough into 9 cookies
- Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes
- Let the cookies cool so they can firm up
