- Cook your pasta in salted water until nearly al dente (slightly undercooked)
- Drain de pasta and keep 1/8 cup of the cooking water
- In a large pan, sauté your garlic in olive oil on low heat until golden
- Add in the crushed tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and bouillon and bring to a soft simmer for 7 minutes
- Add in the fresh basil and let it simmer for another 3 minutes
- Add in the pasta and reserved cooking water and combine well
- Let it all cook until the pasta is al dente
- Serve with more basil, olive oil and sea salt on top
