Fall Pumpkin Smoothie

This is the perfect fall smoothie that combines pumpkin with gingerbread spices for a great breakfast or filling snack.

Prep time: 2 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup or 85 grams of pumpkin puree

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 tsp of gingerbread spices

- ½ tsp of turmeric powder (+ a pinch of black pepper)

- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

- 1/3 cup of milk

- 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Simply blend all of the ingredients in your blender until smooth.
