- Start by whisking up the aquafaba, lemon juice and maple syrup in a bowl until you can hold the bowl upside down
- Melt the chocolate with the milk au bain-marie or in the microwave
- Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the aquafaba mixture until everything is nicely combined
- Pour it into 4 dessert cups and place in the fridge until it has set (about 2 hours)
- Serve with some chopped hazelnuts on top
How to store? Store it covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
