- Drain and rinse the white beans
- Add them to a blender with the olive oil, sea salt and garlic and blend until smooth
- Add a little iced water if it’s too hard to blend
- Now add the basil, parsley and spinach and pulse a few times until the greens are almost broken down but there are still some pieces left
- Serve on toast, with crackers/crudité or on a salad.
