- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- Add all the filling ingredients to a medium cooking pot and combine well
- Bring to a soft simmer until all ingredients are well combined and the berries are slightly thawed (they don’t need to be defrosted entirely, the oven will do that)
- Add the berry filling to a small/medium oven dish
- Now combine all the ingredients for the crumble (besides the coconut oil)
- Then add in the solid coconut oil with the other ingredients with your hands
- Sprinkle the crumble over the berry filling and place it in the oven for 45 minutes on the lowest rack (so the crumble does not burn on top)
- Optionally serve with some plantbased vanilla icecream
