Holy Berry Crumble

An easy delicious and healthy crumble with a special superfood: acaï. This ingredient makes this dessert extra special, believe me!

Baking time: 45 min

Servings: 5

Ingredients

Filling

300 grams of frozen blueberries

300 grams of frozen raspberries

1 Holy Berry Acaï Pulp Pack

100 grams of coconut sugar

1 heaping tbsp of corn flour

Crumble

100 grams of oat flour

50 grams of almond flour

75 grams of mixed nuts and seeds of choice

5 tbsp of oat flakes

85 grams of coconut sugar

1 tsp of vanilla essence

pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

50 grams of solid coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
  2. Add all the filling ingredients to a medium cooking pot and combine well
  3. Bring to a soft simmer until all ingredients are well combined and the berries are slightly thawed (they don’t need to be defrosted entirely, the oven will do that)
  4. Add the berry filling to a small/medium oven dish
  5. Now combine all the ingredients for the crumble (besides the coconut oil)
  6. Then add in the solid coconut oil with the other ingredients with your hands
  7. Sprinkle the crumble over the berry filling and place it in the oven for 45 minutes on the lowest rack (so the crumble does not burn on top)
  8. Optionally serve with some plantbased vanilla icecream
