- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius
- Mash the banana, coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth
- Add in all the remaining ingredients and combine until everything is evenly coated
- Press down the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes, carefully stirring the granola halfway through
- Let it cool before breaking up the granola into clusters
