Mocha Ice Cream Bowl

This smoothie bowl is like eating your morning coffee with a spoon.

Prep time: 4 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

- 2 frozen bananas (in pieces)

- 2 tbsp of cacao powder

- 1 to 2 tbsp of coffee

- 2 dates (pitted)

- Optional: plant milk for blending

- Peanut butter and granola to top

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and combined
  2. Top it with peanut butter and granola
