Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Protein Cookie Dough Bites

The perfect high protein snack or dessert. The cookie dough contains an unexpected healthy ingredient and is filled with Biotona superfoods.

Prep time: 25 min

Servings: 12 balls

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

100 grams of nut butter

5 pitted Medjool dates

4 tbsp of rolled oats

1 tsp of vanilla essence

pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp of Biotona Veggie Protein

1 tbsp of Biotona Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp of Biotona Cacao Nibs

100 grams of dark chocolate

1 tsp of coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chickpeas well and try to remove as many of the chickpea skins as possible
  2. Add them to a food processor with the nut butter, oats, dates, sea salt, vanilla and Biotona Veggie Protein
  3. Pulse for a few minutes or until everything is combined and the dough is smooth
  4. Add the Biotona Hemp Seeds and Cacao Nibs and stir it into the dough
  5. Roll the dough into 12 balls and place them on a parchment paper in the freezer for 10 minutes
  6. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil
  7. Dip the cookie dough balls in the chocolate and place on parchment paper
  8. Let them set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!
