- Rinse the chickpeas well and try to remove as many of the chickpea skins as possible
- Add them to a food processor with the nut butter, oats, dates, sea salt, vanilla and Biotona Veggie Protein
- Pulse for a few minutes or until everything is combined and the dough is smooth
- Add the Biotona Hemp Seeds and Cacao Nibs and stir it into the dough
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place them on a parchment paper in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil
- Dip the cookie dough balls in the chocolate and place on parchment paper
- Let them set in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy!
