- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- Blend all the brownie ingredients together in a high-speed blender or food processor
- Place the dough in a small brownie pan with parchment paper and bake for 20-24 minutes or until hardened
- Let it cool completely
- Blend all of the chocolate ganache ingredients together in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth
- Place the ganache in the fridge until set
- Spread it on top of the cooled brownie
- Top it off with some chopped nuts
