- Start by combining the dry and wet pancake ingredients in seperate bowls
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture little by little
- Stir until the pancake dough is well combined
- Heat a little cooking oil in a non-sticking pan on low-medium heat
- Add 1/3 of the batter to the pan
- Cook the pancake on one side until you can easily detach it from the pan (+- 1 min)
- Flip the pancake and cook on the other side for roughly the same amount of time
- Repeat this process for the other two pancakes
- Make the chocolate sauce by combining the melted coconut oil with the maple syrup and cacao powder
- Pour the sauce over the pancakes and enjoy!
