Silken Chocolate Mousse

An amazing lighter version of the traditional chocolate mousse made with silken tofu. It just takes a blender and 5 minutes.

Prep time: 5 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients

350 grams of silken tofu

90 grams of dark chocolate (melted)

1 tsp of vanilla essence

4 Medjool dates (pitted)

pinch of sea salt

Cacao power, chocolate and La Favo Granola to top

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients (except the toppings) to a blender and pulse until smooth

2. Let the chocolate mousse set in the fridge for 1 hour

3. Top with cacao powder, chocolate and La Favo granola
