- Make the pesto by pulsing all of the pesto ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency, either smooth or with some texture
- Sauté the garlic in a pan in some cooking oil for 2 minutes
- Add in the cherry tomatoes, butter beans and spinach and sauté for 8 minutes until everything is warm and the tomatoes are starting to melt
- Turn off the heat and add in the lemon juice and your desired amount of pesto
