- Slice the dates lengthwise and fill the middle with almond butter and a pinch of sea salt
- Place them in the freezer for 1 hour or until hard
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil au bain-marie or in the microwave and pour it over the dates
- Cool it in the fridge for roughly 15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened
Optional: top it with some chopped almonds for an extra crunch
How to store? Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in a bag in the freezer for up to 1 month.
