Super Berry Overnight Oats

Super Berry Overnight Oats

This is one of our favourite breakfasts: ready in no time, full of super foods and a really tasty.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooling time: overnight

Servings: 1

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

50 grams of (rolled) oats

200-250 ml of plantbased milk (soy, oat, almond)

1 tbsp of chia seeds

2 tbsp of plantbased yoghurt

1 tbsp of almond butter

1 tbsp of Biotona Veggie Protein Powder

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla essence

Berry Compote

100 grams of frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp of coconut sugar

2 tbsp of water

1 tsp of Biotona Maqui Raw Powder

Instructions

We use the Raw Superfood Powders by Biotona, they can be found at several organic or natural food stores and at Holland & Barret. I get mine from Het Natuurhuis in Antwerp.

Overnight Oats

  1. Add all the overnight oats ingredients into a container and mix it well
  2. Cover the container and let it sit in the fridge overnight

Berry Compote

  1. Add the all the berry compote ingredients to a small cooking pot and let it simmer on low heat
  2. Stir occasionally until all the berries have thawed and broken down slightly
  3. Pour it over the overnight oats and finish with more almond butter and granola
