Green Pea & Moringa Hummus

My new favorite hummus made with butter beans, green peas and a secret ingredient superfood. It is so creamy and nutritious. Add it to a toast, topped with your favorite veggies and seeds.

Prep time: 10 min

Ingredients

Green Pea Hummus

1 can of butter beans (400 grams)

100 grams of frozen peas

1 tsp of Biotona Moringa

6 tbsp of tahini

2 tbsp of olive oil

2 ice cubes

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1/2-1 tsp of salt

Other Ingredients

sourdough bread

cherry tomatoes

spring onion

Biotona Hemp Seeds

Biotona Sprouts

fresh parlsey

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen peas to a bowl and cover them in hot water. Drain them when they are thawed
  2. Drain and rinse the butter beans from the can
  3. Add the butter beans, green peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, the Biotona Moringa Powder and sea salt to a food processor and blend
  4. When the mixture is starting to become smooth, add in the ice cubes and continue blending until the hummus is super creamy
  5. Toast your bread, add a layer of the hummus, sliced cherry tomatoes and green onions, Biotona Hemp Seeds and Sprouts and some fresh chopped parlsey
