- Start by blending the silken tofu, coconut cream, vanilla and maple in a food processor or blender until smooth
- Soak your biscuits in coffee and place them on the bottom of your dessert cups
- Add a layer of the cream filling and then another layer of soaked biscuits
- Continue this until the cups are full
- Place in the fridge for roughly 4 hours or until the cream has set
- Top it off with some cacao powder
